Overview
Workstreams help you and your team organize your recurring meeting outcomes and stay prepared and aligned as you work towards your goals.
We automatically create a workstream for each recurring meeting series you analyze with Empwr.ai. In the future we plan to give you more granular control of your workstreams. For now, they are a way to stay on top of your recurring meetings.
Each team member sees their own version of workstreams based on the meetings they have access to in the Empwr.ai system. Meeting sharing and permissions are still controlled at the meeting level by the meeting owner.
The “Catch up” section
This section displays recent meeting outcome elements from the last 3 meetings in the meeting series including Open Questions, Decisions, Action Items, Risks, and Issues. You can click any of these elements to go to the meeting outcome they were extracted from.
Your Action Items
This section will show you action items that the Empwr.ai system thinks were assigned to you over the last three meetings in the series.
Key Topics and filters applied to “Previous Meetings”
The topics filter will look across all of the meeting outcomes from the meeting series you have loaded on the page. It will allow you to search and filter by topics extracted by Empwr.ai so you have dig into subject matter areas that are important to you.
You can of course click on any of the previous meeting cards to view the associated meeting outcome.
