What is shown on my Empwr.ai dashboard?
You will see all the meetings to which you have been granted access. This includes meetings where you are the meeting owner, when you were just an attendee, or when someone shared the meeting with you.
You will see options to analyze a meeting including copying the Assistant email address to add to a calendar invite, a like to invite the Assistant to a live meeting in progress, and a button to upload a meeting transcript.
You will also see a 7 Day Calendar that shows upcoming meetings.
What are the parts of the Meeting Outcome?
The Meeting Outcomes includes a summary of the meeting which include important topics discussed during the meeting. The Meeting Outcome also includes any extracted action items, decisions, risks, issues, and open questions from the conversation. There is also a People section and a way to share the meeting outcome.
How will Empwr.ai improve my company's productivity?
Empwr.ai will automatically transform free-flowing business conversations into sharable structured meeting outcomes that include a summary of the meeting, action items, etc. We've found that an organization can claw back ~10% of time previously spent in meetings by using our product.
Should I be concerned about my privacy? Who has access to recordings?
All recordings with Empwr.ai are 100% private. All Empwr.ai meeting outcomes are 100% private and only sent to and accessible by meeting attendees. To share Meeting Outcomes with others who didn't attend the meeting, the Meeting Outcome must be explicitly shared by a meeting owner. By default, transcripts are not shared and all recording media (audio and video) is deleted immediately after being processed by our system.

What if I have multiple work emails?
Each work email is associated with the organization that matches it's domain. So [email protected] would only be part of the acme.com organization. If you have a second email [email protected], it could only be a meeting attendee as a guest user of yourcompany.com with limited view-only permissions.
To analyze meetings, you must use an organization that matches your work email domain.
