The 7 Day Calendar view allows you to manage which meetings the AI assistant will join. This feature helps you maximize the value of the assistant while maintaining control over which conversations it participates in.
Prerequisites
You must have connected your Google Calendar to Empwr.ai
The meetings must be scheduled through Google Calendar
How It Works
Viewing Your Calendar
The calendar displays your upcoming meetings for the next 7 days
Each meeting shows:
Meeting title
Date and time
Platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Current assistant auto-join status
Controlling Assistant Participation
You can control the assistant's participation in meetings using the toggle switch next to each meeting:
Toggle ON (Purple): The assistant will join the meeting
Toggle OFF (Grey): The assistant will not join the meeting
Multiple Attendee Handling
When other team members have already scheduled the assistant:
You'll see a notice: "Assistant will still join"
The message will indicate which team members have scheduled the assistant
The assistant will join regardless of your toggle setting to maintain consistency
