Calendar invites must include a valid meeting link associated with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
The Assistant will try to join the call like any other guest user and will remain in the waiting room until it is manually permitted to join the call
If you invite our AI Assistant to a meeting in progress, it sometimes takes a couple minutes to join
Our AI Assistant will not join meetings when the end time for the meeting is in the past

The best way to address any issues with a forwarded invite is to un-invite [email protected], and then add it again as a required meeting attendee.

There is a known issue with Outlook calendar events not syncing properly after they have been changed. This occurs only when users manually add [email protected] to an Outlook event and then change the event at a later date. Sometimes the meeting will not properly sync with the system.
