Our AI Meeting Assistant is scheduled only when a meeting calendar invite includes a meeting link associated with Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams
For privacy and security reasons, our system only sends our AI Meeting Assistant to meetings where the calendar meeting organizer / creator is a registered user of Empwr.ai.
Check your meeting invite to confirm that the email address for the meeting organizer / creator matches exactly a registered user of Empwr.ai
If you invite our AI Meeting Assistant to a meeting in progress, it sometimes takes a couple minutes to join
Our AI Meeting Assistant will not join meetings when the end time for the meeting is in the past
I forwarded a meeting to [email protected] and I am having issues
The best way to address any issues with a forwarded invite is to uninvite [email protected] and add it again as a required attendee
