Installation

  1. Make sure you have a work email associated with Google Meet.

  2. Create an account in Empwr.ai with a work email that is associated with your Google Meet meetings. You can create an account using Google single sign on (SSO) or magic link.

  3. Google Meet comes preconfigured to work with Empwr.ai

  4. Simply, invite [email protected] to your Google Meet meeting (yes, it's that easy).

  5. Then, Our Meeting Analyzer becomes your personal notetaker.

How It Works

Before your meeting

1. Log in to your free Empwr.ai account

Login at Empwr.ai using your work email. If you don't have an account follow steps above under "Installation."

2. Invite the Empwr.ai Meeting Analyzer ([email protected]) to a calendar invite that is associated with a Google Meet meeting

Add [email protected] to a meeting calendar event just like you would invite any other attendee. Create the invite at least 5 minutes before the meeting begins.

3. Start or join your meeting

Start or join your meeting as normal through Google Meet.

4. Our Meeting Analyzer ([email protected]) will join your call and record

Our Meeting Analyzer begins recording the session when it joins. Google Meet will notify attendees that the meeting is being recorded. To stop recording, you can kick the Meeting Analyzer out of the meeting at any time or just end the call. Once the meeting is over, the recording is transcribed and then deleted by our system.

After your meeting

1. All meeting attendees will get access to the meeting outcome

Once the meeting is over, our system generates a meeting outcome which includes the meeting summary, action items, decisions, and topics. All meeting attendee will automatically receive a link via email to the meeting outcome. Attendees who are outside your organization (determined by email domain address), will be added to your organization as a guest user before they can view meeting outcomes.

2. Meeting organizers defined by the calendar invitation are meeting owners in Empwr.ai

The meeting organizer (designated via the calendar invite) will be assigned meeting owner privileges which will allow them editing rights which include the ability to change the title, share the outcome through our system, and remove viewer privileges.

3. Copy sections of the meeting outcome

This allows you to copy your meeting outcome in it's entirety to a clipboard and share them in an email, Word document, etc.
