When the Assistant joins:
After the call starts, you'll receive a permission prompt asking to Accept or Deny the Assistant from joining the call
The Assistant will not automatically join the call, it must be admitted by someone on the call
If no response is given within the timeout period, the Assistant won't join and no meeting summary will be generated
Privacy and sharing:
Meeting outcomes are only visible to original meeting participants
External participants are treated as guest users.
Use the Share feature or Copy Link for controlled external sharing
