Delaying Meeting Outcomes
Meeting Review Period
As a meeting owner, you can enable a 1-hour review period to preview outcomes before they're shared with participants
During the 1-hour review period, only you can see the meeting outcomes
Delaying Meeting Outcomes
Navigate to your homepage where you'll see the "7 Day Calendar" section
Find the meeting you want to delay outcomes for
Toggle on "Delay the outcome so I can review"
The meeting outcome will be shared with participants 1-hour after the meeting
What Happens When You Delay
Only you (the meeting owner) will see the meeting outcomes initially
Other attendees will see the meeting outcome as “Hidden” and will not be able to access the content
You'll get a preview notification to review the content before it's shared
You can add commentary during the review period
Outcomes auto-publish after the 1-hour review period expires
Hiding Meeting Outcomes
All meeting participants can hide a meeting outcome, but only the meeting owner can unhide it once it’s hidden.
How to hide:
Go to the meeting outcome page
Click "Hide Outcome"
Confirm - outcome becomes private instantly
To unhide: Click "Unhide Outcome"
What Happens When Non-Owners Hide
When someone other than the meeting owner hides an outcome:
Meeting owner gets notified that someone hid the outcome
Only the meeting owner can unhide it later
Immediate privacy - outcome becomes inaccessible to all attendees
Steps to Unhide
Navigate to the hidden meeting - you'll see a page with "Meeting outcome hidden" message
Click "Unhide Outcome" in the top navigation bar
Outcome becomes visible immediately to everyone on the attendee list
What Happens When You Unhide
Full access restored: All attendees can now view the meeting summary, action items, and decisions
No new notifications sent: Attendees won't receive catch-up emails about the unhidden outcome
Attendees must check manually: People need to visit Empwr.ai to see the restored content
